This project is specifically for entertainment purposes but the concept is simple. It involves a simple LED strip in which each individual LED bulb is programmable to seperate RGB settings. We see a lot of this in billboard advertisements if you were to think about Timesquare and Las Vegas. Simply, large bulbs with chips controlled by another chip controlled by a computer.

The steps in this tutorial are the steps I took after much research and trial and error. I wanted to outline my steps for someone who was looking for a simple project to bolster their television sets… or any screen for that matter. I will do my best to take you through the important steps.
